In my view nothing that ordinary people would not tolerate in their backyard should gain plus points.<br />I feel that having junk, old doors, pallets, baths etc just gives an 'anything goes' impression, and might even encourage vandalism.<br />People can do what they like within reason, but should not not be rewarded for it.<br />Recycled stuff is ok, but should have class, and be a pleasure to look at. In my view, and my dad was a judge in allotment awards in Holland for yoers, so I can't help it.
