York Allotments Charitable Incorporated Organisation (YACIO) which manages the 16 allotment sites previously run by City of York Council has published its September newsletter. It includes an article on a proposed new tenancy agreement designed to replace the current agreement which YACIO describe as "a hotchpotch of clauses some of which are outdated."
